Taxes or government charges (where applicable)
The final refunded amount may be less than the original payment depending on usage and processing costs.
If paid features have been used during the refund window, usage charges may be deducted.
Higher usage may result in a reduced refund amount.
Substantial or excessive usage may make the purchase non-refundable.
Usage evaluation is determined by Lab74AI systems.
Refunds will not be provided if:
The refund request is made after 48 hours
The service has been substantially used
The account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations
Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected
Refund requests are repetitive or abusive
If an account is suspended or terminated due to:
Misuse of voice cloning features
Violation of Terms of Service
Impersonation or deceptive practices
No refund will be issued, regardless of the subscription period.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Lab74AI does not control external payment processing timelines.
If you experience technical issues:
Contact support before requesting a refund
We may attempt to resolve the issue instead of issuing a refund
Temporary issues do not automatically qualify for refunds
