5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected

  • Refund requests are repetitive or abusive


6. Voice Cloning & Policy Violations

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Misuse of voice cloning features

  • Violation of Terms of Service

  • Impersonation or deceptive practices

No refund will be issued, regardless of the subscription period.


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

  • Lab74AI does not control external payment processing timelines.


8. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues:

  • Contact support before requesting a refund

  • We may attempt to resolve the issue instead of issuing a refund

  • Temporary issues do not automatically qualify for refunds
